Pam Hancock is an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She serves on the pastoral team at Zion Christian Church, in Troy, Michigan, under Senior Pastor Scott LeLaCheur where she has been a member for 15 years. Pam is the founder and director of the regional Pastors & Intercessors Network Ministry (PINM) and is also a member of Breakthrough Apostolic Ministries (BAM) under Senior Pastor, Barbara J. Yoder.
As overseer of Zionís intercessory prayer ministry and PINM, Pam has developed prayer strategies and programs that support the local church and reach communities through regional prayer networking. She teaches several courses; including Principles of Personal and Corporate Prayer, Learning How to Hear the Voice of God, and Revealing Keys to Open up Prayer & Evangelism Ministries.
Pam has a passion to see cities transformed from the kingdom of darkness into Godís marvelous Light; and in keeping with that vision, her pastor has blessed and released her to minister within her church and beyond. Her anointed teaching carries revelatory insights that reveal keys to unlock prayer and evangelism ministries empowered and equipped to bring freedom, visitation, and spiritual transformation.
Pam believes that through worship and fervent intercession, Godís people can pray Godís purposes from the heavenly realm into the earthly, see the plans of the enemy cancelled and a great harvest released for the glory of God.
Prior to full-time ministry, Pam developed and directed a government program to improve literacy in an effort to reduce repeat offenders in the criminal justice system. Pam holds a Masterís Degree in Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute. She has two daughters, four sons, and three grandchildren. She resides in Lake Orion, Michigan.

Pam Hancock has been a faithful member of our church for many years and has been a tremendous blessing. Most notably, Pastor
Pam has been over our Prayer Ministry and under her leadership it has grown to be a vital and very effective part of our body.
Pastor Pam is a woman of character and integrity and she would be a blessing to any ministry...Senior Pastor Scott LeLaCheur, Zion
I highly recommend that you consider asking Pastor Pam Hancock to minister at your church or ministry. I have
ministered alongside of Pastor Pam in local church ministry for many years and can attest to her faithfulness to the Lord and in her
desire to speak the Word of God with truth, clarity, and with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. Pastor Pam would be a great
blessing in building your prayer ministry, evangelism ministry, or speaking to your congregation...Pastor Dan Gardner, Zion Christian
I have had the privilege of working with Pastor Pam Hancock in the Prayer Ministry at Zion Christian Church for many years
as her assistant minister. She has enriched my life and ministry with her knowledge of prayer and intercession. Pam is a lover of
Jesus Christ, with a heart to teach and bring many into a fuller understanding of the Lord Jesus. Pam is able to communicate how deeper
knowledge of prayer can enlarge the Kingdom of God. I would recommend her as a valuable resource for growing a prayer ministry in
any church! ...Jan Dorman, Zion Christian Church
Having been under Pam's leadership as our church prayer Pastor it has always been
evident that she has a keen ability and depth of knowledge to pray the Word of God. She will always pray the Word of God and teach
those entrusted to her mentoring to do the same. Pam also has a sensitive and open ear to the Spirit of God to hear what He is saying
regarding any issue. Greatly appreciative to the Word of the Lord, Pam encourages others to hear from God and share both the Rhema
and Prophetic Word of God. Ready and in season whenever the banner of prayer goes up, Pam is a pillar that holds up prayer in God's
house. Becoming part of the ZCC prayer ministry leadership and recently having accepted her invitation to join her Ministry Board,
I am even more intimately aware of these strengths and very special gifts. Her heart of compassion and mature faith combine resulting
in the effectual and fervent prayer of the righteous that avails much. Her ability and heart to teach and mentor insures the Church
of future harvest and generations of intercessors. Many will follow bearing her ministry vision having kindred heart skills to carry
on the mantle God has bestowed on her...Chris Milan, ZCC Prayer Leader & FLCM Board Member
