Front Line Ministries for Christ was established to assist individuals, churches and organizations who seek to develop prayer ministries
and/or facilitate community prayer and outreach. Pam Hancock, FLMC founder, has a passion to see hurting people saved, healed and
restored in the Name of Jesus, and she believes prayer is the foundation to see the Great Commission fulfilled. Throughout her years
of teaching and ministering, Pam has developed workshops and resources that provide unique and insightful tools. Her expertise can
help you launch or grow your own thriving and effective prayer ministry.

Day of Ministry
teaching gift carries a prophetic anointing with powerful demonstrations in miracles, deliverance, and ushering people into the kingdom
and helping to release them into the call upon their life. Prayer is a ministry of God's love and results in His compassion at work.
It is through this sacrificial act that the pray-er decreases and He increases bringing breakthrough all for the glory of God.
Seminars I & II
Pam teaches the art of prayer and outreach through years of personal experience and leadership.
Touching and agreeing with the very heart and love of God not only brings answers to prayer, but also transforms the heart of the
individual praying into a likeness of His love causing an impartation of His compassion to be received for others and the lost.
imparts principles of basics/advanced prayer and outreach, individual/corporate preparation, learning to hear Father's voice and then
releasing prophetic declarations that bring God's will on earth even as it is in heaven. The corporate decree is a decree of agreement
with Father's will. Whatever we agree with on earth, will affect the way heaven moves towards us. When the corporate Body of Christ
works together, it is powerful.
Additionally, Pam has an enabling from the Holy Spirit to bring unity amongst people and churches.
She is a bridge builder in places. God gives Pam grace and wisdom to bring peace in the midst of adversity, which is key in developing
Pam has a Pastorís heart and a leadership gift. She realizes the responsibility of caring for
God's people and is active in outreach both in her personal life and in various corporate initiatives to reach others with the message
of the Gospel of salvation. She demonstrates an anointing to see people set free and through to results.
Pam works with leaders and
mentors them to help them gain understanding, as well as, receive from the Lord what they need in order to raise up effective prayer
and evangelism ministries that support/bring in the vision of the house, effect their communities.
